Dr. Moneim is very polite when you are in his office. However, he tries to get you to do unnecessary things. He offered me an Invisalign consult then billed my insurance without me ever agreeing to the process. I've been working with Aetna for months now trying to get it taken off my orthodontia max. When Aetna called him, to tell him I didn't want the service, he called me directly and told me "you're a smart woman, you know that this is the right thing to do." It was very demeaning and I would never recommend him to anyone. At my first visit for my cleaning, he only polished my teeth. He didn't even scrape them clean like every other dentist I've seen. Be aware of his business practices.
