Today was my first visit with Dr. Cheng since my old Optometrist Dr. Wilson retired. Dr. Cheng was running a little late and after he came in and introduced himself, he apologized for running a little late (10 mins) which I thought was very nice of him since doctors normally make you wait a lot longer and never apologize. He was very upbeat, engaged and explained everything so I could understand it. I am so happy to have found a replacement doctor on the first try. I will definitely be making an appointment for my Husband to see him in the near future.
