I have had prior surgery to both knees. I was referred to Dr. Hoffman. I was referred to him because of my insurance. His Pa came in and we had a good discussion of what was going on with my knees. The Pa said it sounds like I needed a partial knee replacement. That is what the referring doctor recommended. Dr. Hoffman walks in and says to take glucosamine and get on a bike and leaves.  He didn't seem to take any time to listen!When my insurance requested the visit notes his office sends another person's records.
