"Unethical We took our daughter to see Dr. Molly as we noticed she needed some dental work. She ended up needing oral surgery. When we arrived on surgery day, a staff member brought us into a room to go over the treatment plan AFTER my daughter was already put under sedation. This treatment plan was different from the initial treatment plan we were given. I also wanted to make a change to the new treatment plan after I noticed that BPA is one of the main ingredients in the fillings they put in kids mouths at this office. BPA is one of the most recognized harmful toxins. It's a known endocrine disruptor and carcinogen which is why we see 'BPA free' everywhere; yet this dental office is putting it in kids mouths without letting the parents know. I was informed that we had to follow their treatment plan or we had to take our daughter home with zero treatment done. It was their way or the highway. I felt backed into a corner as my daughter was already sedated, had been incredibly anxious about this surgery and did need some treatment. We had also already paid out of pocket for anesthesia. It's weeks later and I'm still fuming at the toxins used in this office without any info given beforehand, that they go over the treatment plan after the child has been sedated, and that they were cold heartedly willing to let us take our daughter home with absolutely no treatment if we didn't do as they said. If you decide to come to this office, make sure you get a copy of the agreed upon treatment plan before any procedure, ask for a bpa free filling, and ask a lot of questions. We will definitely not be coming back to this office even though it's the only office within a 30 mile radius that is covered by our insurance."

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. They took x rays of my teeth and the nurse was so concerned that I was comfortable that it made me less tense. Dr. Heather came in and explained everything in detail about what was happening and what was going to happen with my teeth. Rhonda at the front desk was a joy. She even called the oral surgeon and made an appt on my behalf. Safe, efficient, professional, courteous...this office checked every box I had. Thank you to them!"
