"I called in and gave them my insurance info before my initial appointment. They mentioned that my insurance covers 90% before the deductible. After 11 visits, I found out the clams are not being paid by my insurance and asked them to double check. They never get back to me. A week later I called again questioning this. They act like 'yeah, it's none of my business'. Also, during the initial visit, Dr Doerge was trying to sell me his big treatment plan which is 12 weeks long and 3 visits per week and persuade me to pay upfront."
