Neurophysiologist - Williamsburg, VA

"This is the absolute worst physician I have ever seen in my entire life. She could not be less compassionate and less patient oriented. She told me that she did not have time to deal with any communication from me so I would have to make a trip to her office if I had concerns, which is quite a long drive for me. Wow. What do you say to that? I tried to discuss this with the clinic manager, but I was told that she didn't have time for patients like me. As if the word patient was synonymous with the word trash. She also failed to inform me of certain details surrounding the medicine she put me on, details that I needed to know for safety reasons. The nurse was as apathetic as well, and, when being referred to another physician, the front desk staff gave me the wrong telephone for the other physician's office. They could not care less about patient care here. Very sad for an organization that alleges that it treats people with dignity, respect and compassion. With them, it's more like disdain, repugnance, and contentiousness. "
