"I took my teenage daughter (this was her visit). She was very satisfied with Dr Harvey. I have a concern about the staff; although they were overall friendly and helpful, they had me sign a release form stating I did not provide them with an insurance card, even though I had it on soft format and did e-mailed it to the staff. What is the difference if I had the same insurance ID presented to them in paper form? Or plastic? C'mon, this is the 21st century, paper-less age. They also make a point in telling you they will send forms to fill over the mail, however, if you don't receive them over the mail, please show up 15 min earlier to the appointment to take care of that. Again, they could use e-mail to send the forms way in advance to the patients. It seems the regular mail option is not working quite right."

"I am a longtime former patient but have not been for an appointment in about 3 years. After over eight calls with no answer, I chose other options that got around the front desk and there was nothing but confusion about booking me an appointment. Finally, they said they could not book an appointment with me and that they considered me a new patient and they were not accepting new patients. I am not sure that Dr. Gross... or his NPs are aware of the broken nature of the customer facing business. But...it is very broken."
