"This place is an absolute disgrace. I’ve spent two full months trying to get a basic colonoscopy appointment—and I still don’t have one. I’ve gone through two separate primary care doctors just to get the referral—both were approved by my insurance. I’ve filled out piles of paperwork, completed their long online questionnaires, and submitted every document they asked for. Despite doing everything right, they still won’t schedule the appointment. Every time I call to follow up (which I’ve had to do over and over), they come up with some new excuse to delay or deny my care. First, they said they needed to contact my pulmonologist. What if I didn’t even have one? Then they demanded EKG results from the past six months—what if I’ve never had an EKG? Are they going to deny me care for that too? It’s obvious they’re inventing hoops for patients to jump through just to cover themselves. I’ve had major medical procedures in the past that never required this level of documentation or bureaucracy. What they’re doing is not just frustrating—it’s outright denial of care. I even got my insurance company on a three-way call with them to confirm everything was approved, and the insurance rep told them directly that I was cleared to proceed. They still refused to schedule the appointment. To top it all off, their call center is outsourced to the Philippines, staffed with people who barely speak English, are rude, untrained, and totally incompetent. There is zero follow-up, no accountability, and no one actually trying to help the patient. This is healthcare at its absolute worst. Avoid this office like the plague. If you value your time, your sanity, or your health—go somewhere else. "

"I was trying to get an appointment with Dr Gill as I was diagnosed with esophageal diverticum. The first question asked was my insurance and I said I have both MEDICARE and AETNA World Bank. Immediately they told me they can refer me to another doctor as they don’t accept Medicare. I told them that I will get preauthotization from AETNA World Bank to ensure they won’t need to go to MEDICARE. The lady insisted that I go to another doctor. Besides I would not be seeing the doctor as they told me only the PA can see me as Dr Gill would be availabile only in December. This is so unethical that the practice would not entertain me just because I have MEDICARE! AETNA World Bank has issued me a letter that guarantees full payment to any doctors I have! Soooo. UNETHICAL! I thought doctors should first ensure the health of patients before thinking of monetary returns! This practice is PROFIT MAKING not in service of its patients. I wonder if Dr Gill is aware of this. I have to write this review with my first attempt to get an appointment in the office of Dr. Satinder Gill! "

"We have been going here for years but something changed in the last few years. They don't answer their phones, they never return calls or respond to email messages. I have had to go to another practice just to get my medicine refilled. You have to walk in to make appointments because you can't get anyone to ever answer the phone. Appointments are being scheduled 6 months out and after waiting months was told on the day of the appointment that they no longer accept our insurance (which was not true) We are done with this practice!"
