Family Medicine practitioners - Radford, VA

"I was a patient of family health care office for 25 years...i tolerated the horible bedside manner and the feelings of being judged because it was easy to get an appointment, and usually not a long wait tine to get in...i had dropped off some time sensitive paperwork and was told to pick it up on tuesday after a monday holiday, as it was filled out on thurdsday prior but i was out of town. The office staff lost the paperwork and i waited in the office for 2 hours and it was never found...after getting upset with the staff i was told by dr judy that i would need to get more copies of the papers and let him redo them....i emailed more copies....expressed my conserns, and left...a few hours later i was called...they found the papers...i pick them up.....a few days later got a letter droping me as a patient after 25 years....better to drop the patient than fix office staff i guess"
