"I've visited this location once. The doctor was great, but the problem I had was with the nurses and some of the front desk staff at this location. I've already done my physicals for the year, but I had to redo them since I switched healthcare providers. Everything was great until we got to my TB Test. I needed one urgently for my internship since it will be in a healthcare setting. I made the urgency of the matter abundantly clear to the staff before they even administered the skin test for TB. To say that the communication at this location is delayed would be an understatement. I had to call multiple times in the past week and proceed to get super frustrated on call to receive a half-a-page of confirmation that I do not have Tuberculosis. When I called to demand the results via email rather than their portal, which they did not update with the results, I was told they'd email them and then immediately got hung up on. I had to call back and request that they send it right away and stay on the line while doing so. Additionally, I've had to receive a PAP Smear, which was a painful process since it was my first time having the test be administered. They had told me that they couldn't get enough cells to process the test at the lab, so I had to book an appointment to redo this painful process. But when I checked the portal for the lab test results, I came across the PAP Smear test result from the lab. The lab clearly stated that the reason why the test couldn't be process is because the "specimen was received in an expired collection container." They not only delayed my TB results and proceeded to be rude about sending me the results after a week of trying to get a proper hold of them, but they also refused to admit that they made a mistake that will now lead to me having to get another PAP Smear. Overall, my experience with this location has been anything but pleasant. I will be switching my primary care physician after this awful experience. The doctors and some of the front desk staff were kind, but the overall experience has been horrible. I hope they do better in the future!"

"Dr. Chung has been my primary care provider for many years. She also treated my elderly parents. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the one doctor who correctly diagnosed my husband with P.A.D., after other doctors did not. She works very closely with her patients to find solutions to their medical needs. I recommend her very highly. "
