"Dr. Fairchild is hands down the best doctor I've had the privilege of dealing with. The reasons are many. First of all, she expertly blends a background forged in traditional medicine as well as knowledge in integrative/complementary medicine, and particularly in the field of genomics and orthomolecular medicine. She is a probing and fantastic diagnostician-- suspecting the likelihood of a gut issue, she is the only doctor to have ever suggested a CDSA to find out. Indeed, we discovered a serious case of candida overgrowth, explaining the subtle but increasingly problematic gut symptoms I was detecting over the years but which no doctor, not even a gastroenterologist took seriously. Secondly, she epitomizes the notion of the caring doctor, someone who truly wants to make a difference. She has extended me an abundance of time, patience, and input in between consultations that is exceptionally rare among doctors. 3. While I'm obviously dependent on her expertise to guide me through a complicated case of methylation block and candida overgrowth, she has a humility that is all too often lacking in doctors. By that I mean she continuously monitors my reactions and relies on my input to adjust treatment. She recognizes that everyone has a different bio-chemistry and genetic make up, and there is not a one size fits all in the kind of treatment that Dr. Fairchild dispenses. In short Dr. Fairchild represents the kind of doctor I wish I had encountered years ago: Extremely knowledgeable, including in the field of genomic and orthomolecular integrative medicine, and with enormous heart."

"No communication whatsoever from the office staff. When tried calling in to reschedule my appointment the call was intentionally dropped multiple times after being on hold for 30+ minutes. If you don’t have time then kindly don’t take new appointments."

"Dr. Hartman has been my Dr. for years. Overall he is ok, just this last visit pushed me over the edge. Needed to get some follow up test based on recent test done by my employer. First, he showed up 15 min late to the consult (video), then he proceeded to talk to me without even looking at my chart to review my previous test in which I uploaded to the website the day before. Next, he ordered the wrong test for me after I was precise in what I needed. I called and wrote the office and never heard back from them about what happened or what to do in order to get the correct test done. Obviously he is too busy for patients these days. "

"First, the good. I find Dr Ramin to be a more than capable Dr and I would be willing to trust him with my care if it were not for the office/billing issues, as well as the price. The staff on sited are also friendly. That being said, their billing practices are ridiculous. I've never had so much trouble finding out what the charges on my bill were for. I asked three times for an ITEMIZED list of my charges and they kept sending me the same nonsense with charge codes and then one charge. I kid you not, six line items of charges and all of them are for $0.00 except for the sixth line item charge of $240. One can only logically conclude that an office visit is $240. There are no other logical conclusions to be had. I was on the phone, just now, with the office manager and she actually invoked Hipaa on me, the PATIENT. I told her she couldn't invoke Hipaa on the patient. She responded with, oh, no, of course not and then continued on about how she could then email me what the codes mean(why do I need that? I'm not an insurance company, not a medical biller) and the notes from the visit, which will include the charges. Apparently, the folks who work there cannot do that. I told her that my final question was that, if the office people can't send the patient the notes and charges from the visit, and if she is the only one who can do that, then how do patients get their information if she's on vacation? In the hospital? Dead? What have you? The answer was that she can then authorize Privia, which I'm guessing is their medical biller that she just told me she couldn't send the notes to because of Hipaa. I can't say that I am confident in confirming much after that call, but the one thing that I can confirm is that whatever it is going on over there doesn't make any sense and the office manager herself contradicts herself repeatedly when trying to explain it. For the record, I'm 48 years old and this is in now way my first doctor visit or experience with insurance, and another thing that I can tell you for certain is that, while the Dr and staff that you see are good and polite and all the rest of it, it is not worth dealing with the backend of this practice, because that is a straight up soup sandwich. There is plenty of other competent doctors and staff around that you do not have to put up with that backend amateur hour nonsense."
