Getting an appointment the first time was a hassle because he has a lot of patients. After that, getting an appointment has not been a problem."

"This practice is coasting on a reputation that is no longer deserved. My family has been patients here for almost 10 years. The quality of service has declined dramatically to the point where we no longer trust this practice with our health or our lives. Example: a family member recently had an accident that left him laying unconscious and bleeding on the pavement, then taken by ambulance to the ER. After returning from the ER, we called this office to explain the accident and request an appointment. After calling for three hours, someone finally answered the phone. She said "we can get you in to see Dr. Mancini next week." I explained the urgency of the injuries and she said, "If you're in that bad of shape, you should go to the emergency room." That was not 30 seconds after I told her that we just came from the emergency room. That's just one example of how this practice treats its patients. What good is a primary "care" physician that doesn't actually care about their patients and has no method of focusing on emergencies, treating a severe accident with the same urgency as someone with a routine need? My experience has been that they spend less than 10 minutes with a patient before they rush you out the door and move on to the next patient. I know other patients who have left because they, like us, can't trust this practice with their lives. Then there's the rude, surly, condescending attitude of one female staff member who should not be working in any type of a customer service role or with humans in general. "
