"I have made an appointment two weeks in advance. Since there has been a barrage of calls asking to confirm it. Day prior to appointment they are not wanting me to move it. Called back and I was told it will go from morning to a later afternoon, just like that let me move my life around for you. How about not. Best next appointment was a week out. This was to be my first visit - if this is how you handle your new patients you and your practice should be ashamed. Will not even get into incompetence on the front desk. Avoid at all costs!"

I was expecting a shorter appointment, but Todd took time to complete the annual physical without giving me the impression he was rushed for time. Annual physicals are awkward and I appreciate him doing his best to make it as comfortable as possible. "

"Labs test for years showed high calcium and low Vitamin D and decreased kidney function. His MA was the only person who ever called regarding the results. “Dr. Pugh says all results are normal “. I always received copies of my lab tests. So I know the results were out of the normal range. When I had an appointment and brought up the concerns he just dismissed me. Earlier this year I had a billing issue that the practice was unwilling to resolve. I left several messages for Dr. Pugh. He never responded. So after eighteen years I found a new physician. On my very first visit the new doctor reviewed my labs and diagnosed me with hyperparathyroidism. I recently had surgery to correct the problem. I feel better than I have for years. Maybe Dr. Pugh should not have dismissed my abnormal lab results. "

"This doctor was very harsh with me. She was pushy about an exam I was choosing not to have and completely not understanding torward my reasons why. It felt like she was in a rush and had already prejudiced me when she came into the room. "
