Pediatricians - Salem, UT

"The times when I have been seen by Dr. Burkhardt he has been great; he has been attentive and was very helpful. However, when I need to make an appointment (because I am sick, need a prescription, etc. )and it takes two weeks to be seen, then you wait between 40 minutes to an hour to be seen, it is less than ideal. The usual occurrence is waiting 15-20 mins in the lobby, then 30-40 minutes in the room just for them to tell you its going to be longer. Its difficult to make appointments (I use the word appointment loosely) when you have to take time off from your work day just for them to ask if you can reschedule. I unfortunately will need to find care elsewhere since it is becoming the norm to wait unrealistically long periods of time to be seen."
