"The initial dental cleaning was satisfactory, but I encountered a significant issue during a follow-up. I informed the dentist about a chip and requested a repair, which ended up costing $125. Unfortunately, the dentist's attempt to fix the chip resulted in further damage, with the tooth being drilled for only 30 seconds, causing it to break further and creating a larger hole. This escalated into a major problem a few days later. When I contacted the office, I was shocked to learn that fixing the dentist's error would cost an additional $450. This unexpected expense was frustrating and seemed unreasonable. In response, I plan to file a complaint with the UTAH Division of Professional Licensing to bring attention to this issue. Additionally, I've reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge related to the unsatisfactory dental service. I strongly recommend that prospective patients avoid this dental office. My experience with their services has been highly unsatisfactory, and I believe others may encounter similar issues. It's crucial to consider alternative options for dental care to ensure a more positive and reliable experience."

"They are not respectful of anyone's time and they place undue hardship on individuals when there shouldn’t be. Referred by a dentist and contacted them regarding a specialized service that they provide. The front office was difficult to work with upfront and obtaining needed information was difficult. I went to their office for the consultation. Upon arrival I was immediately provided a document with a service amount; I was not greeted nor did they identify themselves as the individual I had been working with over the phone. They wanted fees that would be covered by insurance and I let them know I would pay whatever insurance would not within the thirty days. They stated that without full payment there would not be any consultation, period, and no exceptions. This is regardless of what their financial documentation stated and I was not provided this information before my appointment. Not once during all phone conversations with the main office individual had I received respectful communication. Respectful communication includes providing office financial policy and upfront pre-paid costs due before you can see the doctor and other basic courtesies that are provided by other offices over the phone when setting up new patient appointments.
