"I wouldn't recommend this office to anybody. I had a 3 PM appointment yesterday, arrived early, and waited until 4:15 PM before I was called back. Then I waited an extra 20 minutes before the doctor came back. It turns out, this is a combined urgent care / primary care office. AND there was only 1 doctor on duty. Maybe this was an anomaly, or maybe it's always that way, I don't k now. This means that anybody who comes in for a set appt will be bumped by anyone who comes in for urgent care. That happened to me. It's kind of understandable, but also an indication of poor office management and understaffing. The entire visit was like a dark comedy. Consider the following: 1) When I arrived I needed to use the restroom. It was only AFTER I finished my business that I realized there was NO toilet paper. None. Nowhere in the bathroom. I had to use paper towels which felt like tree bark. When I informed the front desk about this, she said she didn't want to restock it because the TP gets stolen. So I wonder how many people after me suffered the same fate. Unbelievable. 2) As mentioned, only ONE DOCTOR on duty, juggling both appointments and urgent care. And I was told a nurse didn't show up. No backups apparently, poor office management. 3) My entire appointment lasted 2 hours. An x-ray was included and that included 1/2 hour. So what about the remaining 1.5 hours? It was all just waiting and waiting and waiting again. It took the doctor 1/2 hour to write a few prescriptions, for example. I waited 20 minutes for the x-ray to be ready. Etc. 4) I had 2 purposes for my visit: back pain and a cough. I requested pain meds for the back pain and hydrocodone cough medicine for the cough. I have used that in the past and it's the only kind of cough medicine that really works for me. The doctor said I was asking for 2 different types of opiates and asked if I was addicted to opiates. ARE YOU KIDDING?? I told her no, I'm not addicted. And I tell all of you, I'm not addicted to anything and never have been. I just happen to have a back problem and a cough. Is that so farfetched? Anyway, thanks for the accusation. 5) I told her it was fine not to give me an Rx for cough syrup, I guess I'll just deal with it. To overcompensate she tried to force all these other meds on me like nasal sprays, etc. I wasn't interested but she was so insistent. So I waited a half hour for her to write all these RXs I didn't want, then threw them away after walking out. 6) Kind of a minor thing, but when I was on the phone with the scheduling person (before arriving), she interrupted me constant. I couldn't get a sentence out without being interrupted. Annoying. Only go to this doctors office if you like long waits, terrible service, accusations, and no toilet paper in the bathroom."

"He is very knowledgeable and listens to what your issues are. He won't just give you medicine unless it is right for, he won't just try to cover your health problems by giving you a temporary fix. he will actually fix it. I would go back to him in a heartbeat if I still lived in Utah. "
