"I have been seeing Dr. Casagrande for a couple of years since my PCP passed away in 2020. He is straight forward, easy to talk to and answers your questions with a great deal of honesty. The two nurse practitioners in his office are also great. Something that is extremely convenient, he has a Lab Corps station in his office, no need to go elsewhere to get labs done. They have always fit me in when needed at last minute with very little wait. "

"Dr Beltrán is helping me reverse my BMI and I am well on my way to being the healthiest I have been in 20 years."

"Doctor Han has an awesome bedside manner, He takes the time to sit down and discuss with you all of your medical issues. He listens to you and he understands what's going on and he gets down to the problem. He will take the time and he will do everything to the best of his ability to Appease your requestAs long as it is within medical guidelines."

"Told Dr I needed a full physical and panel of blood work due to lack of energy and weight gain. Nothing was found under her care. I got a second opinion by paying more to get to the root cause which was found. this all could have been resolved if the doctor ordered the correct tests the first time."

"Doctor Doyle has been my primary doctor since 2020 after replacing Dr. Valdez which I was seeing since 2012 but Dr. Valdez was unable to return from COVID-19. At first I was not sure and afraid if I was going to be comfortable with a new doctor since I like to be consistent with my providers and treatment. But let me tell I didn’t missed Dr. Valdez now I do wish him a speedy recovery. I’m very happy and satisfied with Dr. Doyle, he’s professionalism is outstanding, bedside’s manner excellent, very caring, compassionate, but firm, great listener, treats any new symptom with diagnostic treatment asap. Their office staff is super nice and return calls with in 24 hours if not sooner. I feel extremely fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Doyle. "

"When we started seeing Dr Valdez in November 2019 We saw the Doctor and were very pleased with him and his staff. We thought we had found our new primary since moving to Tomball. After a short period of time Dr Valdez changed his pratice to a CORPORATE Franchise which offers the WORST service possible. When you call you are answered by a Corp operator and never speak to those that know what is going on. Dr Valdez was never in and we were to be seen by the NP. Our insurance policy was charging us a Larger Copay because we did not see the Doctor. The total service went south since the take over. The STAFF were great and this is not against them but against the changes that were made"

"The health professional who will see you will not be a registered MD. You will be seen by a registered nurse. I stopped going to this place 7 years ago for this very reason and they still do the same. Called to schedule a visit, i was not told i would be seen by a Nurse practitioner, i was given a date and time only to be told that i will only be seen, maybe two hours later (via teledoc no less) I asked for a Doctor and was told a doctor only visits every monday and tbey are booked 3 months in advance. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. This is not a doctor's office, it is a nurse practicioner consult. Office staff is rude when you point out their defficiencies on scheduling and poor time management and lack of respect for your time. They have been trained to make excuses and make it sound lime a favor is being done to you."

"I called to make an appointment. I had looked on my insurance website to see who was in my plan for a physical for my husband. A rude girl answered the phone sounding like I disturbed her internet surfing and asked what insurance I had very rudely. I told her and she asked if it was a ppo I'm actually not sure and told her what my card said she said hold on, not can you please hold on...just HOLD ON. I honestly should have just hung up after that. A few minutes after she comes back and says I don't think we take that insurance I told her I found their name though my insurance because they were on my plan and her response was "well"... not well let me check just "well" then silence... not sure if she was waiting for me to ask someone in her office for her or what. At that point my response was I guess I'll give my business to someone else and her response was ok (this ok was the most friendly she had been the whole time I was on the phone with her... guess she was excited to get back to whatever I interrupted her doing.) Not only did she cause the doctor to not make money off my husband in the future but I have 6 people in my family that's a lot of doctor visits. Maybe this doctor should re-evaluate who he has being the first point of contact for potential patients. Hate to see how his staff treats people they already have gotten in the door."
