"Having had both hips and knees replaced during the last 19 years, I am having discomfort in my lower back and knees. After Dr. Rister evaluation and consultation, her Pilate Specialists, Jenifer Jeffries and Michelle Piercy began giving me treatments for strengthening my core muscles. As of January 16, 2024, their 16 treatments have me walking with minimal pain and without a cane or walker. At 89 years of age, not having any falls is remarkable. We are beginning a routine exercise home schedule. Our goal is to reduce the Pilate visits to once every other week. Dr. Rister and her staff are remarkable, proficient, experienced, friendly, place the patient's comfort level and physical health at a high priority. It is without any reservation that I highly recommend their services."

"Firstly, this doctor is in Tomball now. It's about 20 minutes west of The Woodlands. I have to admit she's a looker. She's a tiny cute pixie of a girl, I didn't think she'd be able to get the job done BUT that girl is good. Great bed-side manner, very very patient and just a sweetheart. I have no idea how old she is, but she looks like a kid until she starts talking...she's sharp as a whip. Very much surprised with how professional she was. I live in the Woodlands and I don't mind driving to this office, it' s worth it. Beware though she's cute."
