Physical Therapists - Taylor, TX

"Dr. Bower was part of a treatment team at RunLab/PHYZIO that helped me recover from knee surgery. What a difference his attention and treatment made! I was using the Physical Therapist that my surgeon had in his office and my recovery was just stalled. By switching to Dr. Bower (and Dr. Biershank) I found a clinic that pushed my limits and helped me recover much faster. They encouraged me to "load" the surgically repaired knee faster, ended the exercises that seemed pretty dumb from the other PT, and most importantly, they paid attention to me! The other clinic always had 3 or 4 patients there at the same time and Dr. Bower was so focused on my recovery. This place is awesome. "

"Dr. Halasz and the other Doctors at RunLab/PHYZIO have changed my life! I was always worrying if my knees would be able to handle running and exercise as I got older. Through their knowledge, attention and use of technology they taught me (a) how to move in a way that "protected" my joints and (b) how to really enjoy exercising without stressing about little nagging pains during a run or a workout. "

"There are so many awesome ways to describe Dr Love: patient, knowledgeable, kind, energetic. I've replaced my primary care doc with Dr. Love for every little muscle or joint type pain or injury. I found out at my last appointment that he has actually worked at RunLab for almost a decade and started as an intern. This makes so much sense because he's so young but knows so, so much. Get yourself in to see Dr. Love, you won't regret it. "

"I had been to see other PTs at RunLab before and it was always for lower body stuff like my knee and platar fascia. But a couple weeks ago I woke up with a sore jaw. I mentioned it to a friend who said that a PT might be able to help. I was dumbfounded. I called RunLab and Dr. Love wasn't available but Dr. Bierschenk was. Holy cow! He explained what he was going to do because....it was weird. With a glove on he actually massaged and then adjusted my jaw from inside my mouth. At the end of the appointment he gave me 6 exercises and demonstrated all of them and suggested I try to do them when I was sitting at my computer or while at a stop light. Within a week my jaw pain was gone. I hate to think about what this would have cost me had I gone to my dentist first?! "
