"Dr. Guerrero was recommended by my Cardiologist. I called the office today to get a new patient appointment. The staff is very rude and non helpful. Apparently policy is that you have to fill out all of their paperwork, they have to have your medical records, and last two labs before they will even get you an appointment. I had to force them to tell me that I could get the new patient forms online. They wanted me to come in. I mentioned that my last endocrinologist went out of business but unless they have this paperwork they cannot continue. What a joke."
