"I've had the pleasure of having Dr. Jacobs as my Doctor for several years now and he's been THE MOST instrumental part of my improvement. Prior to my introduction with Dr. Jacobs, I was distrusting of therapists, despite my background. I never felt seen, heard, or understood; those negative feelings played a hug factor in my inability to grow. When I met him, Dr. Jacobs right away made me feel comfortable by not only listening to me, but HEARING me, which is a huge difference. He never pushed, never pried, just offered his ear, unconditionally. When I lost my parents, Dr. Jacobs was there, with his genuine and sincere willingness to alleviate my pain in any way he could. I can't tell you how much I owe to this man for literally being my saving grace. I don't leave reviews, typically, and never for a Doctor, but if there's anyone who just doesn't trust,or can't and won't try to heal because they cannot overcome THAT ASPECT, this is the man to go to. No matter what goes on in my life, I could not do it without Dr. Jacobs' help; without him specifically, I don't think I would be where I'm at today. When I just couldn't.. when I just wouldn't... Dr, Jacobs and his genuine care for my well being was louder than the darkness. His kindness and care is a real Godsend and his unselfish willingness to help someone he's never even met before, regardless of their ability to pay or not, speaks volumes about his character. Dr. Jacobs has been the best experience I have ever had with therapy and with a Doctor and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. The stars only go to 5, but this man takes them off the charts. I am blessed beyond measure for his unwavering kindness, support and assistance in my life. I appreciate you so much, Dr. Jacobs, thank you for all you've done and continue to do. Empowerment is something that everyone needs, and you've given it to me time and again."

"At 1st I was skeptical about "therapy" to begin with. This guy has turned out to be a real gem and has helped me discover Truths about myself I didn't even know were hidden. He has helped introduce me in to a Way of living that answers ALL of my problems. He's no saint but he's aces in my book. He literally has saved my life."

"I've have meet Ms Mona Patal when I was 19 she was nice but then I became an adult she was very rude.. over the phone and text messages with a very strong tone telling me I should had been somewhere in the past seven years and telling me I'm not trying hard enough that texas work force don't give out things for free! Mind you I had to drop out at 7th grade due to a horrible car accident got ran over on purpose and she stated "An amputation doesn't stop you from being progressive in life" and that having a high school diploma wasn't enough she Also said I need to get a job not career. She told me on text message how I will always go through roadblocks and be littleing me after I told her ok and if she could stop with her negative responses, I told her I don't need someone putting me down.. she kept arguing with me after I told her she don't need to speak to me like that. This lady needs to get anger management classes or develop more people skills. I seriously don't know how she made it that far with an disgusting attitude to be a licensed social worker going off on clients when she don't even know half the battle most people face with people like her attitude she's been nothing but rude and negative towards my accomplishments I have made for myself. She sure don't want me to post the actual text conversation that was the biggest mistake she possibly made! I hope action is done from this point. I'm a very strong minded person I have came so far to let a person like Ms patel to put me low as she has. But to other's her negative responses can lead someone to commit suicide saying things like " You don't try hard as others do that's the difference between you and others "That's why they got the helped from "TWC" and " You will always run into roadblocks in your life " especially if they have mental problems! I hope you get more training and gain the proper skill training not to disrespect clients as you have to me because remember your supposed to be PROFESSIONAL! leave your personal problems at home! Shows to know not everyone deserves to be where they are at in their career, or maybe it's just the paycheck and not the passionate desire to help others. YOUR negative responses and disgusting attitude makes me push harder for myself so don't ever think I will run into roadblocks anything and everything is possible If you put your mind to it. Lucky for me.. I have family who ARE actual Registered Nurses my MOM inspired me to want to become a nurse as she once was in the field. So it won't be that hard to make my dreams come true. YOU in the other hand... Don't NEED.. to put other's down on the low profile okay! This is probably why YOU... will ONLY be nothing more but JUST a socail worker here in San Antonio Tx. You don't have what it takes to be more then what you BECAME! JUST A SOCAIL WORKER. So your assumptions, and opinion about me... and my life.... and where I will wind up in my very own journey Don't matter one bit Because EVERY SITUATION IS DIFFERENT AND NOT NO TWO PEOPLE ARE ALIKE NORE THE STRUGGLE IT TOOK TO GET THEM WHERE THEY ARE AT IN LIFE OR ACCOMPLISHED! There for my high school diploma... my opportunities are endless when it comes to going to college... and getting a degree in medical school.. or a different career that I want to pursue. Best part you or no anyone can't say nothing there.. You don't even know me... or my personal life... or what really happened to me to become disabled and you want to criticize me..? Please.. Don't act like your a psychiatrist you have absolutely.. NO right or ability to judge Me so let the baxar County court system Judge others, and you only do your very own job... and my review is publicly legal being born and raised in San Antonio Tx I know my Texas rights when it comes to freedom of speech. I Thank you for nothing and no help but if anything you did give me the courage to motivate myself to push the negative responses you gave me to do more for myself and possibly be bigger then what you assume I will be. Very Nice try though, try harder.. beause I don't listen to negativity rude professional people as your self. I highly think you ma'am need more training in the people skill section and how to manage your temper lashing out on clients is a absolutely... a wrong thing to do in your field line of work. Your an amputee as well, I'm absolutely.... sure your not perfect and have bad days too and you have flaws skin deep emotionally speaking I'm sure it's not the first time you gone off on a client.
