"I find Dr. Bermudez to be a great doctor. He always takes time to fully explain diagnosis and remedies to whatever problem I seem to have. His diagnosis is always spot on. His staff is always friendly. I regret that WELLMED has taken over his practice. It seems like more of a business now rather than a good ol' family doctor's office. Now there are more cars in the parking lot and people in the waiting room. WELLMED seems intent on selling peripheral services to increase practice revenue. Marketing has taken over at the expense of actual patient satisfaction. Anyway, Dr. B. is the best."

"Called this office multiple times to set up an appointment. The same girl keeps answering the phone after nine or 10 rings and says please hold. She never comes back to answer. Sat on hold multiple times and finally gave up. I’ll go find me another office."
