"This is the worst doctor I've ever been to. He was uncaring and uninterested in making any effort to diagnose me. His NP did make the correct diagnosis, but he still disagreed and told me that many people have chronic pain that they just have to learn to live with, and that I should start accepting that! I'm a very healthy young patient that was rear ended in a car accident after which I developed arm and hand pain. His lack of professionalism, caring and effort were stunning to me. I simply cannot imagine how he has had other positive reviews. Average wait time was always 1-2 hours, phone staff from Pasadena location were disorganized, rude and unprofessional. Staff in clinic at Binz location were all nice, I can't imagine how they continue to work for him though. "
