General Practitioner - Mesquite, TX

"I had been a patient for 12 years without issue. I have noticed a decline in the politeness and follow up with the staff over past few years but my last office visit was truly bizarre. The staff was rude, accused me of lying about requesting a refill on prescription, called out the name of another medication that I am taking IN FRONT OF EVERYONE in the waiting area. Also heard the staff discussing another patient that called in that was complaining about their service. (They did use the patient's name). The visit ended with an older white woman (that I had never seen before) accusing me of yelling and called the police on me. This was not true. I had bronchitis at the time, and couldn't have yelled if I wanted to. I am a 44 year old African American woman and I have never been talked to like that before. I can't say it is because of my race, but I do encourage people of color to use caution when interacting with the staff. "

"If I could give negative stars I would. I saw this doctor multiple times and each time was painstakingly horrible. She never did anything that I needed done. I often ended up seeking assistance elsewhere, like in the Emergency room or at urgent care for the same issue. She does not listen and even delayed me getting into school from not preforming the list of lab procedures that required for school and provided to her but charged my insurance for them. When confronted about it she discharged me as a patient saying " I do not come in to her office enough." Why would l?! Seems like she is running a scam for the insurance money."

"I really miss his wife. She said it like it was now 10 people in there take her job. Dr. Wong has been a great family doctor. The new well ness office isn’t very personal and impossible to get appointments when needed"
