Radiologist - Lubbock, TX

"Bone scan done in December was interpreted to show multiple osseous metastases in thoracic and lumbar spine, upper sacrum and 10th rib on left side. Subsequent PET-CT scan taken 1 week later and read by a different radiologist was interpreted to show only spinal degenerative issues and NO METASTASES. PET-CT interpretation was then confirmed by radiation oncologist and bone scan interpretation was discounted. A 2nd bone scan was taken 14 weeks after the first one, read by a 3rd radiologist, and was interpreted to show only spinal degenerative issues and NO METASTASES. The radiation oncologist agreed with the 2nd bone scan interpretation, again discounting the validity of the interpretation of the initial bone scan."

"I first heard of Dr. Dean Homen through another person who I met because I was receiving harassing text messages and phone calls. This person had advised me they thought it would be a good idea to talk to Dr. Dean Homen since he was a recipient of the same type of harassing phone calls, and text messages.After discussing details with Dr. Dean Homen at his home, I realized the types of messages they were receiving were not consistent with what I was receiving. As I was leaving the property, Dr. Dean Homen decided to take a picture of me and my little dog and followed me to my car. He asked me to get into his car which I did and he interrogated me for 45 minutes asking me many questions about a neighbor. I was really astonished by what he was trying to tell me. Dr. Dean Homen was accusing another neighbor in the neighborhood of harassing him and his family. Mind you this is without any fact, this is his wild assumption. I thought doctors in Texas signed a Hippocratic oath, stating, "they will do no harm"? Not Dr. Dean Homen. He was convinced that he found the person and consistently thought I was up to no good too. Dr. Dean Homen thought I was being paid by this person, which is the harassing neighbor he believed was harassing him.Dr. Dean Homen accused me of being a fake person with a fake phone number. I had given him a secondary number because I did not know him very well and it was not fake. He demanded to know what my primary number was, what my last name was and where I lived. I couldn’t believe he was a practicing doctor! I thought for sure he thought he had authority to interrogate me. After the 45 minutes were over he gave me his number but then took it back and I gave him my primary number. A few days later, Dr. Dean Homen called and texted me. Dr.Dean Homen warned me that he was going to add me along with the photo he took of me to the police report he made. He also had a video of me approaching his door with my dog. Dr.Dean Homen accused me of telling this other neighbor of the information he vented to me when he was interrogating me. He demanded answers while leaving me text messages about receiving threatening emails. I never did return his phone call and his text message, but I can only imagine if I wanted to go see him professionally in his Dr. office, how he would act. I have been helping people my entire life being a retired school teacher. I can’t imagine being a doctor how he is helping others! Dr. Dean Homen is in the business of harassment. Dr. Dean Homen seems very unprofessional and would cause other people harm especially women and he seems racist. He is really caught up in the moment of accusing other people of threatening his kids and hhis family, blowing up the neighborhood without any substantial facts. I am not going to stand by and watch a doctor who is supposed to do no harm harass a lady of another color who is a professional woman. After meeting with Dr. Homen I felt exhausted, accused, frustrated and added to his harassment list."
