"The only complaint was at the front desk. They immediately wanted my co-pay which I knew was not correct as the insurance I have pay them first and then notify them of what the amount is based on the contract with them. Not what they think it is. As it turned out I was correct and called my provider who called them and they advised they would just show it as a credit for the next visit. So I never went back for the surgeries. The individuals doing the medical part were great. Dealing with the office help and insurance at nearly all offices are like this."
