"The phone system is terrible. The automatic menu is terrible & doesn't make much sense. I just wanted to ask if they were accepting new patients & then make a first-time appointment if they have openings. I'm still not sure if I picked the correct menu option, but I was put on hold during it. It's too much a waste of my time to go through this. I'd rather just choose another doctor. For me, it's always better to speak to a real person than an automated phone menu that was poorly planned."
