"Very good Doctor. But the STAFF is terrible. was denied medical care for high cholesterol and diabetes. i had a outstanding bill from may 24 for $180 and was told the doctor WILL NOT see me unless i pay the full amount, pay half or get on a payment plan. I am at high risk but was denied medical care but his office. The staff was unable to provide any internal or external notice that requires payment before seeing the doctor. i asked if something happens to me now what happens. they told me they will call 911 and send me to a hospital and i still won't be able to see a doctor because of a bill. Its not about the bill or the amount its about being denied care. My appointment was cancelled and i was sent away."

"Dr. Maehara is in a fairly new practice in Southlake. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen. She shows genuine concern and explains what is going on and different treatment options. She also has a great partner as well in the practice who is just as capable as a backup if needed."
