"My son had an appointment at 2:15 went in earlier to do paperwork. We waited hours past our appointment time. There were at least 2 other people waiting ahead of us, which had already been waiting hours past their appointment time. I decided to cancel the appointment and make the appointment else where. This excessive waiting is unacceptable and not professional."
