"Dr. Kotha, MD may be an excellent physician however the office staff is rude, unprofessional, and made calling the worst experience I have ever had with a business or physician office. Called at the end of the day at 3:40 pm was placed on hold for 20 minutes and was automatically disconnected at 4:00 pm when the office closed. No return calls when messages are left. Could never locate referrals after sent multiple times. When I did get a hold of them, they were snarky and had attitude and I was not pleasant at that point either. One of the employees actually text my personal cell phone and left a message stating: Maybe talk nicer to people and people will be nice to help you with a kiss face emoji. That is harassment and very unprofessional. It is a shame that a potential patient would be treated this way without even seeing the physician. I do not recommend even trying to get in to see this physician."
