General Practitioner - Baytown, TX

"I don’t know how this office has any amount of good reviews because it is the WORST office I’ve ever been to. First appointment ever I walked in to being told I’d have to wait because the Dr was off delivering a baby. Fine, she’s a GYN it’s understandable. My issue comes in when I drove 45 min and ended up waiting over an hr when I could’ve been called ahead of time. Dr came in and barely spent 5 min in the room, whatever. I then get a call a week or so later 10 min before they closed where they decided to tell me ON MY VOICEMAIL they found PRE CANCEROUS CELLS on my screening. Now, they called me in the middle of MY work day but it took me less than 5 minutes to call them back which means they were still open. The phone rang and rang and rang and rang. No answer, so I left a message. This was on a Thursday, the office is open on Fridays yet I didn’t get a call til MONDAY. Scheduled my procedure and then a couple days before get a call that they needed to reschedule because the doctor has other things to do that day. So I rescheduled. Get a call the day before my appointment to say they have to push it back AGAIN because the doctor AGAIN has something else to do. I drive the FORTIY FIVE MINUTES to get here only to be told that I owe almost $200 before the procedure can be done. When I asked why I wasn’t told beforehand, the absolutely rude office manager told me it was my responsibility to know my benefits lol. Now you can say what you want but I have never had a Dr, dentist, optometrist, not let me know when there was gonna be a charge for something beforehand. IT’S A COURTESY. They don’t respect ANYBODYS time, NEVER answer the phone and very rarely will return a phone call in a timely manner. If you’re thinking of coming here, DON’T."
