"Dr. Jarzombek is amazing, he listened to me, addressing all of my immediate concerns which prompted my visit. Dr. Jarzombek was attentive and engaged as he discussed options for my future care needs. I am a new patient and this was my first visit, his office manager responded to my call immediately, and was able to fit me in the same week right before the long holiday weekend. When I arrived the front desk staff was friendly and the registration process was seamless. I gave the staff 4 stars because there was one hiccup with some documented information during triage. When I communicated the issue in my patient portal, the team was responsive, apologetic and offered a solution, which I appreciate. I am pleased to locate a great provider and team at a clinic conveniently located near my home. "

"Barely looked at me or asked questions. Seemed like she didn’t care for fat people personally, just that they need to loose weight and that will fix everything. Saw her at one point for facial paralysis, said I should be back at work talking, even though a speech therapist and physical therapist said otherwise. No acknowledgment of the client, get em in, get em out."

"If you’re looking for the experience of a ghetto free clinic this is the place for you. I saw the NP three weeks ago and referrals were supposed to be made that never were. I ended up in the emergency room twice two weeks ago, I have a severe sprain and problem with the blood flow in my leg. I once again had an appointment with the NP and was to be referred to an orthopedic surgeon and a vascular doctor. I made appointments with both and had to cancel because the referrals were never sent. I have left messages on the patient portal and voice mail on the nurses line. The nurse has not returned any messages. This is a bad place, I’m injured and need help. I’m 53 years old and have only had relations with my husband for the last 2O years and the ordered expensive unnecessary STD tests when I had my yearly. This place is a scam set up to make money and not take care of their patients. I guess it’s off to the emergency room again to spend more money so I can get treatment for my leg injury."
