The Amazing Dental staff did an AMAZING job with fixing the issues and explaining everything to me so I could understand! to top it off.. the prices are very reasonable! "The worst ever encountered dental clinic. The office staff is so outright rude with patient and forcing them to do X-Rays and other procedures when they are not really needed. I kept on insisting that insurance will not pay for XRays as they generally paid once a year. But still this office is so much pressing. Also they are so much reluctant for contacting insurance company for checking coverage and securing prior Auth for procedures they are recommending. All dental clinic i visited so far always proactively secure Prior authroization before pushing for expensive services. This clinic just wasted my PPO dental hygiene visit for not doing anything and just kept on pushing for services that were not I went into clinic for. Completely unprofessional."
