Family Medicine practitioners - Alvin, TX

"Lemme just put it this way, my appointment time was either 3 or 3 30pm and they recommended I get there 30 minutes early, DEFINITELY DO THAT! Unless your procrastination skills are so bad you have no choice, then your just wasting an instant visit as soon as you arive 30mins early. So, the two nicest ladies greeted me at the window and considering I just had a newborn infant they showed like they honestly cared and were proud I was a first time father. Not to mention Chen herself is extremely gifted and might I add, extremely non-judgemental (im my case that is so GDamn refreshing to notice a dr not asking 200 questions about certain things I would rather not share to the public. She not only got me in within three minutes of me arriving, but explained to me what my diagnosis could look like, and sometimes people are lucky enough to have their own bodies fight it off naturally. I was there to give blood, which i am SOOOOO hesitant to do, not because im afraid of needles, quite the opposite actually. I am so freaking ridiculous to hit a vein or artery in the first place, most "prof lab people end up jabbing me 20 times with a needle thats at least a 10 gauage, (smaller the gauge the larger the hole inside it is}. So, Chen took me to the lab, and heres something that put the cherry on top of my whole experience there that solidified my new favorite pcp doc of ALL time. The lab technician literally hit a vein first try each time she tried, the first wasnt giving enough blood and would have taken forever, then she tried other arm, and hit it first try, and that was the winner. Then i just had to wait for the results, and those came in extremely professionally and fast. So, since I am the first official Dr Chen review, I give her 12/10 stars as my rating. Absolutely enjoyed meeting all of the staff and heres the topper, my results showed the best possible scenario, which was my body fought it off. I dont care if i said too much about my own experience, i cant break hippa rules against myself right? rofl, Love you dr Chen and staff, I hope yall had a great xmas. Much love! -Garrett"
