Anesthesiologist - Smyrna, TN

"I was referred to him by another doctor so really didn't have a choice. I waited over 2 hours the first visit and was about to leave when he finally came in. At first he talked about all the options and medications we could try but when I asked about trying them later on it was clear he never had any intention of doing them, it was his way or the highway. You have no say about what you want or don't want. The procedure he performed was pretty much the most painful thing I've ever had and I've had kidney stones and knee replacements and they were all less painful than what he did. My pain went through the roof after it and has never been back to the level it was before the procedure. He walks around loudly dictating in front of everyone so people in the waiting room can hear every word he says which I feel is a HIPPA violation. I don't want everyone hearing my medical information. The entire staff is very passive/aggressive, if they don' like you forget being treated with respect or them doing any of the things they say they will. I have no idea who the people are that give him all the stars, he is the last person I'd ever go to for anything! I actually have a feeling he or some of his staff have put in all the good reviews, they're all very generic).There are millions of doctors in the world but he seems to think he's the only one. if you have any self respect stay away from this physician and staff."
