"Dr Sue Vavrock is a wonderful doctor. Knowlegeable, caring, friendly and understanding at all times. You will not find anyone better for your hearing needs."

"Dr. Lancaster and his staff are super nice. I think I received a good, comprehensive examination, and as I expected, my hearing loss was enough that corrective measures were indicated. The devices that I am now wearing improve my hearing quite a bit more than I would have thought. As I commented to Dr. Lancaster, I had no idea how much I wasn't hearing until my hearing aids arrived."

"She works with the Veterans Administration to do disability evaluations. Her findings in my evaluation clearly states that my military career occupations had a high risk of hazardous noise exposure. Yet she ruled in favor of the VA stating that in her opinion my tinnitus was not caused during my military service. Just goes to show you can buy the opinion of this unprofessional doctor. "
