"Dr. Greenberg took care of our 18-year-old daughter, who arrived at the ER septic with several types of infections while immune-compromised with chronic conditions. He was instrumental in saving her life. His calm demeanor was soothing to us as parents but even more so to my daughter, who was afraid and in severe pain. We will never forget him or his undivided attention to saving our daughter. We would like to thank him for being so thorough and thoughtful during the most stressful time of our lives. "

"Well, he never introduced himself right off that's a bad sign, had no compassion at all, and he just had this real pissy look on his face and when he asked me how my pain was I said an 12 and he looked at me and rolled his eyes and said thats not possible lets just be realistic. I said have you ever had twins well a pain of a 15 is very much possible, listen Dr I'm a registered nurse with 32yrs experience and i gave worded at Erlanger ICUs for yrs and pain is subjective not objective he keep forgetting that little fact, he needs some retraining, in some of these stars I wish I could give him no stars I think you get the point. I would never go back to Parkridge Medical Center because he would possibly be there. Dont be treatment by him if u can help it, thats why an ER doctor because he would not ever have a private practice because no one could stand him he has no respect for his patients at all he never gave me anything for pain I came in shaking with severe pain I never got one thing for pain he said I could have water I told the nurse to go out and ask him and I came back I had to get up out of the stretcher High fall risk had already fallen twice at home and get up and drink some water out of the faucet with my hand as a cup that was the excellent service I got at Park Ridge totally sucks and I'm reporting both of them to Parkridge. Then I did fall when the crazy nurse wouldn't hold to my shoulder when I asked her to she said I'm right here behind you and she was another real sweet one and next thing I knew I face planted and passed out and then I finally got an MRI and a CT I just to cover their asses and no one apologized or anything ever. I went there because I was having a neurological event and having severe numbness in my lower extremity and they didn't even bother to do an MRI of my low back I couldn't even feel my left foot and the doctor that I absolutely do love the only hospital that he goes to his Park Ridge and that is Dr Richard Pearce the best doctor on this planet best bedside manner he's going to get five stars from me you should get 10 really!!! "
