"Dr. Alci saved my life! Because he took the time to carefully review my MRI, he found a cyst on my kidney. The radiologist apparently missed it. It was not noted in the radiologist's report. Turned out it was cancer. Had Dr. Alci not done a superb job, I would not have known I had cancer until it was too late. He is my hero!"

"On 04/16/2015, I fell and broke my wrist (a Colles Fracture). I was referred to the orthopedic office where Dr. Mills works. They did not show the ER appointment that I was told I had so they put me in with Dr. Mills. Long story short, on June 3,after my fracture had healed, Dr. Mills told me he had "mis-evaluated my injury" and I should have had surgery. My wrist was swollen, not in joint, curved, discolored, and very painful. He told me to go to 6 weeks of therapy and come back in 6 months if I was still in pain. He honestly said that! I immediately contacted to a real orthopedic hand surgeon who did operate on my wrist. He said it was out of place (joint) in two areas. When I told the physical therapists what had transpired with Dr. Mills, they said, "He needs to retire". Dr. Mills, supposedly, is a spine specialist. If he can't fix a simple colles fracture, would you trust him to operate on your spine?"

"Made appointment on 4/15/24 for 4/22/24. Was provided address and floor info. Arrived for appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment and did not received “referral” from my PCP. I had proof that I called and was provided location. Also was never advised that doctor required a referral and have never been required to provide one to any doctor I have ever seen. The staff was unwilling to assist me and I was told I could not be seen as a “walk in” despite that they were at fault. I was told I could go to lower level clinic for a “walk in”. This was ridiculous because I would just be required to wait hours to be seen and then be told to make an appointment with an ortho surgeon. And if I did obtain a “referral” from my PCP that would mean weeks of delays and then it would mean additional weeks of delays before I could get another appointment. So this office refused to honor the appointment and sent this patient away in pain and discomfort because they are incompetent. Will never recommend this office or doctor to any family or friends and would give it zero stars if allowed."
