"I was told my services were covered under insurance and that they processed an authorization of services when they did not, and then came looking for me to pay what the insurance didn’t. This is negligence on the part of the office staff for not verifying so beware you will still be obligated to pay if you don’t get the authorization of services before hand. Don’t get stuck with the bill like I did. We go to a different dentist that has a proper billing department."
