We had a great time, even during the mundane process of reviewing my meds. The good news is that she is part of the solid Beaufort Memorial Network, so data with many Specialists can be shared seamlessly via the Portal. She is a firm believer in "Family Practice" - basically meaning that issues with other members of my family, can affect my physical well-being. I was impressed with her knowledge and wisdom, and am looking forward to having my family under her care!"

"I find it necessary to report Dr. Smith and his receptionist Shannon for their unprofessional behavior as a medical doctor and a staff member. He sided with his receptionist and never listen to the telephone call where she was mocking me. I asked him to go and listen to the call and he said he did not have to do that because he heard from staff and Shannon. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I was supposed to get a Teledoc call from his office at 10:50 AM but it never came. At 11:07 AM, I got a text to login. I was working and driving so I pulled my car over and logged in at 11:13 AM, six minutes later. I waited at the rest stop on I 90 for 19 minutes yet no one responded to my call. When I called his office I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with the receptionist Shannon who told me I was six minutes late. I explain that they were supposed to call me at 10:50 and actually really they are the one that is 17 minutes late. She’s not only had an attitude telling me that I should’ve been on the call I was already angry and I was hurt because I had a sinus infection. That made me angry, and I said this is bullshit, and she mocked me saying oh this is bullshit ““. When I asked her what did you just say, and she hung up. I called back three times and she hung up all three times. I demanded to speak with Dr. Smith, but he never return my phone call. Another day went by and I called to schedule another appointment because I needed antibiotics for my sinus infection. He finally return my phone call on Thursday and told me that I’d be rated his stuff and then said he was worried I might have Covid and asked me if I’ve been vaccinated. I told him I had a sinus infection, he didn’t want to hearAbout his receptionist and his staffs behavior. He simply gave me my amoxicillin and went on his day. I wrote a letter and then I got a letter from him telling me that I was released from his practice because of my behavior and treatment. I want this man’s medical license revoked and his secretary to never be in the medical field again. They are supposed to help people, they actually hurt people and make them wait longer than they should have because they’re not responsible caring staff members or a responsible caring physician. "
