Primary Care Doctors - Somerset, PA

"I called on 5/30 to make an initial appointment. I was promised a return call in 2 weeks informing me if he would take me as a new patient. 3 weeks passed with no return call. I called and was told he would not take me as a new patient. When asked why, I was given no explanation other than "doctor's discretion". If it was a capacity consideration, I should have been told that, and I would accept that as understandable. The doctor's reply was inconsiderate and arrogant. In my opinion, Aetna needs to be networking more customer driven physicians."
