"The Physician's assistants here were very good. However, when they accidently billed me for a sick visit instead of a well visit the office manager claimed to now know how to correct it. This caused me to be responsible for paying several hundred dollars for blood work that would have been covered by insurance. I was never allowed to speak to the physician himself to resolve this issue and was never allowed to meet him during any of my appointments either. Most of the time your care will be good because the physician's assistants are very good, but if you need care from an actual doctor beware and also beware of the less than competent office management.
