Dermatologists - New Castle, PA

"Let me start off with this is the worst doctor office I’ve ever been to. I went there to be treated for eczema and then we started medication for me that I cannot afford. Contacted the manufacturer to see what we could do about getting me like a co-pay card or something to help with my co-pays. I got one sample. And I’m still about a month away from being approved to get help with this medication. And now that I need another sample to get me through till this process clears I can’t even get a phone call back from. They claim they called but there’s no missed call on my phone. they say my mailbox was full except there’s nothing in it say they were calling the wrong number. They were thought I’d see the day that I was treated this badly by a doctor but apparently this office don’t care about their patients. They just care about the paycheck. I canceled my upcoming appointment and have made an appointment with another doctor. Find a better doctors office where they care about their patients"
