"To whom it may concern I went to CMMC and was cared for by "Dr. Sheridan," my life has never been the same. I went in 25 weeks 4 days pregnant and I was bleeding I was also extremely swollen this was not my 1st pregnancy I knew something was wrong I was swollen insanely and bleeding. "Dr. Sheridan" did NOT do an ultrasound she checked me told me I was 2cm dilated 50% effaced I asked her If I needed an ultrasound she said no they did have the contraction monitor on and before the nurse took me off I said did I have any contractions she said that might have been one right there and took me off the monitor and then sent me home. "Dr. Sheridan" was very tired looking that night and did not want to be bothered the biggest mistake of my life is not going to another doctor i should have left there and gone to Maine Medical Center where i would have received nothing short of amazing care where i would have had an ultrasound which would have shown something terrible was happening and they would have given me steriods for Macies lungs and done things to try and prevent the abruption from getting worse instead i was sent home not knowing what was wrong instead i was sent home. I called "Dr. Commons" my primary OB the next day because "Dr. Sheridan" sent me home bleeding and i was concerned i didnt know how long i was just supposed to keep bleeding for she also gave no instruction when sending me home and it was very obvious when i was leaving that i was very worried. "Dr. Commons" said "i am torn whether to have you come in for an ultrasound or wait until Monday, i think we can wait." June 21st 2015 Father's day I was taking a shower and started pooling blood I went back to CMMC where I had a placenta abruption Macie was born VIA emergency classical c section she was transferred to Maine Med where we had her there for 5 days. I too lost a lot of blood 2 units of blood and a bag of plasma. "Dr. Sheridan" did not do her due diligence she was negligent and that caused my baby and myself to not get the care I went there to receive. I will be adding my medical records soon. She is responsible for the death of my daughter. I have relived this story everyday for almost 7 years. </3"
