"Dr. Naftulin has the ability to be a good doctor but chooses to interact with patients who are in accidents as if they are somehow in the wrong. People who are in accidents are victims that results in injuries. They deserve to be listened to without attitude and treated with the goal of getting the patient better. The doctors exam was so fast that he could not get feedback properly. When a patient is examined they give feedback to the doctor. If the doctor is moving the patient around so abruptly and quickly that he cannot get proper feedback he will not be able to properly diagnose the patient and therefore will not choose the proper treatment protocol. Stop treating patients with an attitude and instead get your head out of the insurance companies pockets. The patient wants to get better. They are coming to you for quality help and deserve the best care. Listen to the patient. If you think there is no reason for their pain then you need to get further continuing education, you need to figure out what you are doing. Help the patient. The goal is to get people better not have an attitude toward their physical complaint."
