"Bone marrow aspirate was done , and resulted in blood tap. So the only item sent to lab was a clot selection comprised of only blood-no bone marrow material. This specimen never should have been sent to the lab-no diagnostic value. This pathologist wrote some strange report evaluating aspirate smears, and stating they had “ many spicules “ when these smears didn’t even exist at all. She also talked about normal cytoflow - this test was never even done either. She also said the clot section that was just blood had spicules, and her whole report was extremely vague. She wrote this report based on no information, a failed test , and mon existent tests and samples. She abused her final diagnosis on the above. She did not have enough information to diagnose anything,and she missed cancer. Then she repeated billed for services she had already been paid for. Would not recomend-terrible experience."
