"He nor his staff do they return calls. His communication skills stink, he is condescending to his patients. I have several disabilities serious ones and it does not seem to matter, does it bales???? If you want good medical treatment for a pcp doctor go to the main campus. Bales and his nurse are INCOMPETENT, can't manage to return phone calls. I fell recently and they could not make sure that I was okay or sre if I broke anything. They DID not offer to do and x-ray but this requires too much thinking for bales and his nurse!! He can't manage to write an accurate prescription. I had to have it done twice. Completely INCOMPETENT. The attitude at Twinsburg Family Office is get lost we don't care to help. PATIENTS DO NOT COME FIRST!!!!!!!!! "
