Neurologists - Twinsburg, OH

"WORST doctor, nurse and receptionist I ever saw. I was referred to this doctor by UH neurology team based on her familiarity with qeeg and neurofeedback so she could take off where my Dallas neurologist left off. I hand delivered 1000 pages of medical records on cd for her to review 6 weeks ago to tell me if she could be of any help or if I should go somewhere else. Her dude with a tude nurse told me she wont do anything until she gets paid. I was told I was put on the waiting list by her incompetent receptionist, but I was not. I waited 6 weeks for nothing. That didnt stop her horrible nurse from waking me up at 8am to verify I was coming. When I finally saw this doctor, she could not open the cd with the medical records, nor could anyone on her staff. She told me neurofeedback was malarky and there was no treatment available for my injuries. She told me to come up with my own plan of action. I asked her if that meant she would support my disability claim. She began to cry and left the room. I found her entire operation to be worthless and selfish. Her parking lot had many spaces reserved for physicians but none for handicapped. I waited for apology on top of apology, but all I got were excuses. Her nurse asked about when I would like to come back for a follow up. Talk about clueless. I would not want any of these people cleaning my toilet. "
