Hematologists - Salem, OH

"I saw dr.genkin for my follow up appointment. To recheck my anemia issue and had blood work due and i never recieved a call back about my recent blood work results and the following week on tuesday i called the office 2 during the day and got response back and then i called again twice on wednesday and got no where with this oncology and hematology group as far as my recent bloid work results. So i reached out to my family doctor and had him refer me to a different hematology group that will watch for critical changes on their patients and there labs and not responed back to patients phone calls and messages. Especially when my lab work results came back not great and with two critical levels that no one is even paying attention to and still has not responed back to my phone calls or my stop by this office."
