Primary Care Doctors - Powell, OH

"I am completely disappointed with the service I received at the MD Yu-Ting Lozanski office. I was there ahead of time, the nurse attended to me and took me to the room. I was asked if a medical student could attend the consultation, and I agreed. No problem. Once I was in the room I had to wait a long time. Long time. I have a series of symptoms that affect my daily life, and in order not to take too much time from the doctor, I made a list of these symptoms to gather in my chart and talk about it with the doctor. She barely looked at the list and said it was too much and that I should choose two topics to talk about that day. I accepted and chose to talk about my depression and my IBS. Most of the symptoms that I wrote are related to these two main causes. While I was trying to explain to her what was happening to me, she asked me to be quiet and listen. That was too rude. I never felt so bad in front of a doctor. Then she says that I was not taking my medication in the right dosage, which is not true. She increased my dosage for a month and that was it. After that I returned the initial amount. Then she asks me if I “want” to have an endoscopy. I said that it was not a case of wanting but of needing and that says if I need it is her and not me. In the end she changed the medication to IBS and we agreed that I would take the medicine and if it didn't help we would go back to talking about endoscopy. When I go to a doctor’s office it’s to talk. I will listen after the doctor hears me. I see this doctor for many years and always have the same complaints. Until today I have not had any improvement, I only get worse and nothing. In the end she directed me to the door telling me to schedule the endoscopy. I did not understand . After leaving I felt very nervous that the doctor did not pay attention to what I was saying and I believe she knew I was nervous. For the first time in years she made a detailed report about the consultation and again writing things that did not happen. She doesn't even read people's medical records. Horrible. Too much neglect. I definitely don't feel well assisted by Dr. Lozanski's work. I'm going to look for another physician."
